Philip Locke

Philip has been in computers all his life ... literally! having started his working life at GCHQ and working inside enormous computer cages.

Philip has been using Joomla! since it's Mambo days and is an ex OSM (Open Source Matters) Board Member, where he was the Capital Committee Chair.

He is the owner of Joostrap (www.joostrap.com) which is dedicated to RWD & Bootstrap for the Joomla CMS, offering templates and resouces. He is also the owner of Fastnet Web Design (www.fastnetwebdesign.co.uk) which is his design & development agency based in the UK. He is fanatical about Joomla!, Responsive Web Design (RWD), Bootstrap, open source and is known in the Joomla community to be a beer connoisseur.
