As an Account Manager, I work closely with a wide variety of clients from different business sectors to deliver an indepth yet simple to use employee benefits programme to fit their employee demographics. From the outset, we look to maximise employee engagement through active promotion of the programme, driving scheme uptake through a variety of different approaches whilst both implementing new accounts and managing our existing clients needs.
