Hello, I’m Philip. I received a BArch from Howard University and an an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge. I'm pursuing a PhD in Land Economy. My core background is in architecture and planning systems. My experience led me to a fascination with conveying complex energy-based non-price systems and their economic and social risks in ways that help bring the public to action. After having lived in Barbados, Washington DC, and now the UK, I bring an appreciation for a wide range of cultural differences and the value of their similarities.
