Though, it surely plays a part. But Recruiting really starts at anything beyond that. It is about consulting and accompanying businesses as well as people through the entire process. It is about assessing options and about honesty.That is why we and I only take those assignments of which we think we can provide the necessary resources and necessary expertise.
