I am a business growth and leadership development coach with extensive experience in business and people management, executive and team coaching. Roles I have held include managing director of a leading UK communications consultancy.

Over the past ten years I have provided leadership coaching and mentoring, business growth consultancy, and management training to help some 50 organisations manage growth and change effectively, profitably and sustainably. I help develop measurable strategy, deliverable action plans, and align people and processes to execute them.

My clients are mostly senior executives who work in service-oriented businesses. These range from established global organisations through to new ventures in their first five years of trading.
