Philippe Dauman Jr. is COO & Co-Founder of TRAY.

From 2014–2016, Philippe was Director, Commerce at Twitter, where he built Twitter’s Commerce specialty and launched several products that allowed users to seamlessly transact with brands and influencers without leaving the platform—includingBuy Now,Twitter Offers, andProduct Pages.

Previously, as Head of Merchant Partnerships for Google Wallet Instant Buy, Philippe was responsible for the growth of Google Wallet’s online purchasing APIs. After joining Google’s newly-formed Commerce Business Unit in 2010, Philippe helped launch and build Google’s next generation commerce & payments business across online, offline and mobile channels, leading the team to sign partnerships with the nation’s largest retailers.

Previously at Google, Philippe led partnership programs to enhance Google’s offerings across multiple product areas including Maps, Local Search, and Web Search. Before joining the Commerce Team, Philippe was the global coordinator for local content acquisition, responsible for improving the coverage and quality of Google’s local search results worldwide, as well as the initial launch of this product in several countries. His other projects included the launch of live sports scores in search results and the creation of the Street View Partner Program.

Philippe received his JD and MBA degrees from Columbia University and a B.A. in English from Yale. Currently based in his home town of New York City, Philippe has also lived in Paris and San Francisco.
