Phil is a founding partner of &next. With over 20 years of experience in finance, government, telecom and retail, Philippe has consistently focused on the motivation and engagement of the people he works with.

His philosophy is that an organisation is only as good as the sum of the people it employs. When you manage to motivate and engage that workforce, the results of the organisation grow exponentially. His positive no-nonsense approach, based on the founding principles of LEAN methodology, where employees get the centre stage and are involved from the beginning in the improvement of their work, results in more efficient processes, strong employee engagement and increased customer satisfaction.

Phil has built his expertise in several leadership roles, including managing teams at a national and international level in Europe. Over the last 10 years he shared his expertise as a consultant, steering large and mid-size organisations through complex digital transformations. His unique approach of involving end-users at the start of a project to co-create the solution establishes a first generation of ambassadors – which results in a gentle pivot of corporate culture.
