I am driven by ideas and technologies which have the power to positively impact people and improve lives. It is this dedication that motivates me as a staffing professional. I enjoy enhancing an organization's capabilities through selective talent scouting, realizing individuals' strengths, and strategic team building.

Currently, I contribute to and recruit for Microsoft in light of two reasons: inspiration & challenges. There are few other companies that can match the way in which we touch millions of people. We developed the world's first mainstream operating system. We engineer disruptive communication tools and take console and game development seriously. We contribute at scale to the research community. It is within this family of smart people that I find inspiration and challenges with the goal of positively impacting the world around me as well as myself.
