Philip Raymond Baquie, Psy.D., is the founder of Tradecraft Leadership Group, a consultancy that supports leaders in high-risk sectors to perform with clarity, precision, and resilience. Drawing on his experience in the military, law enforcement, and private security, he offers practical leadership strategies tailored for environments where high performance is essential and the consequences of failure are significant.

He combines psychological expertise with operational experience and human performance science to help leaders think clearly, act decisively, and lead with authenticity. He has provided training to elite units including Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, DEA, and U.S. Border Patrol. His frameworks, Presilience and Human Factors Leadership, are designed to improve decision-making, accountability, and communication before problems escalate.

Phil Baquie contributed a chapter to an upcoming book focused on leadership and wellness for first responders. He appeared as a subject matter expert in the award-winning documentary PTSD911, which shares real stories from first responders dealing with trauma and its lasting effects.

He has studied Executive Leadership Coaching at Harvard University.

As a Strategic Leadership Mentor at Tradecraft Leadership Group, he guides individuals and teams in breaking down performance barriers, sharpening leadership focus, and building trust-based cultures. With a Doctor of Psychology and direct experience in high-stakes industries across 39 countries, he understands both cultural nuances and the universal traits of high-performing teams—trust, integrity, and connection.

For more than seven years, he led Alpha 6 Tactical Solutions as CEO, overseeing security operations for high-profile clients in challenging global environments. During this time, he conducted over 500 training sessions for SWAT teams, Special Operations units, and federal agencies.

Philip Baquie also founded Wellness Centers USA, a behavioral health company with two clinics and a staff of 35 members. There, he developed programs focused on resilience and performance for veterans and law enforcement leaders.

He served eight years as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard and Reserves, leading Infantry and Tactical PSYOP teams and providing leadership training in operational environments.

He also led the nonprofit Warrior Resilience Project and continues to offer pro bono coaching to veterans, military personnel, and first responders.
