I've been involved in startup ecosystem since 2005. First in Paris while the Internet bubble was over and the tech entrepreneurship was blooming back again, in Kiev, Ukraine, where I have some ties, then in San Francisco Bay Area where I live now.
I've been collaborating in many ways:
- As a consultant at first time I was operating in the Bay Area with marketing and business development strategies and operations,
- As an Advisor to develop business development, fundraising, or more general activities,
- As a mentor, going through the journey with entrepreneurs I enjoyed help developing their company on a day to day basis, or taking part in various incubators or accelerators in Europe or the US.
Each company I worked with, or entrepreneur I collaborated with, are mostly mentioned below though various positions or on the project section.
I'm always happy to spend some time with entrepreneurs interested to hear my opinion about their venture.

Phil started his career in finance and IT positions in subsidiaries of companies like Vinci or Electrolux, mainly in construction and retail (BtoB and BtoC), mostly in charge of organizational projects, then join SEGA to be responsible of Southern Europe territories for the mobile gaming business unit based in London.

Since 2007, Phil has been developing lobbying activities for European companies interested to develop their activities with tech leaders in San Francisco Bay Area.

Phil writes chronicles about the startup ecosystem onLe Journal de la Silicon Valley at L'Express.fr

Phil co-organized non-conferences (Barcamps) in Paris focusing on Mobile, Video and Open Source. Phil introduced the first (and only so far) Ignite events in Paris.

Phil is Advisor of several startups, including Fairwai.com, Nextuser.com, Bluefox.io.
