Phil Kline

Phil Kline has been a salesman and sales trainer most of his adult life. Shortly after he was hired to teach sales at the Community College of Lansing, Michigan, he began looking for books on the subject. He soon came to realize the only ones on the market were academic, written by professors who had never made a sale in their life. When he complained, the dean suggested Phil write such a book himself. In much the same way—and driven by the same frustration of finding nothing on the market that would adequately prepare one for advancing years, Phil wrote Growing Old Ungracefully. When he isn’t sharing the truth about sales and aging, Phil is a successful playwright and community leader.
