I believe the key to being a great Realtor is KNOWLEDGE! I was born and raised on the North Shore of Vancouver B.C. and know the Lower Mainland well. With over 30 years of sales, negotiation, marketing & management experience, I understand the business and I know how to negotiate the best possible outcome for my real estate clients. I keep on top of ever changing markets, trends and technologies to enhance and expand the reach of my listings and in turn, get the job done for you! I make it a point to get to know and understand the expressed needs and wants of my clients, whether buying or selling. I live on the North Shore with my wife and real estate agent Sonia Garza LeGree and we can be found enjoying our amazing outdoors with our dog Snoop, skiing both locally and Whistler Blackcomb or when the roads dry out, you might find us with friends enjoying the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway on an early morning motorcycle ride between North Vancouver and Whistler.
