Phillip Moeller

Phillip is an experienced Personal Injury Attorney at Cohen Grossman. He earned his law degree from
the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also earned his Master of Arts in International Business
and Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
Born and raised in Orlando, Phillip is committed to this community and works hard to serve his injured
clients. Phillip attended Bishop Moore Catholic High School in College Park, and his family still resides in
the area. He volunteers with VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), providing income tax preparation
assistance to individuals and families in the community.
While in law school, Phillip earned the book award (top grade) in Legal Research and Writing during his
first year. Through a write-on competition, he was selected to serve as an editor of the Florida Journal of
International Law. He earned an Estate Planning Certificate while taking very challenging classes at UF
Law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Phillip also gained extensive legal experience practicing in the areas of medical
malpractice and business litigation. Since joining the Firm, his practice has focused on personal injury.
Phillip works hard alongside his clients to achieve the best possible results.
During his spare time, Phillip enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid runner, and
plays basketball, soccer, tennis, and golf.
