Intellectual Property Principal Consultant for Fellows and Associates, a boutique recruitment and management consultancy focused on the Intellectual Property sector worldwide.

My experience lies in recruiting patent attorneys, trade mark attorneys, IP lawyers, IP service providers and other professionals in the sector, both within the corporate environment and private practice. I work locally within the UK, Europe and internationally, with experience of moving candidates from one jurisdiction to another.

As a business we offer bespoke recruitment strategies tailored to our individual clients' needs, such as contingent recruitment, advertised selection, headhunt campaigns and consultancy - including mergers & acquisition and office expansion.

I am also responsible for managing the company brand through maintaining our social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Facebook, as well as developing advertising material, contributing to the company website and regularly attending international networking events, such as INTA, AIPPI and IP Service World.
