Phillip Blackerby

Phillip Blackerby is a friend of small business. He and associates at Stealthmode Partners have trained over 600 Arizona entrepreneurs in how to run a better business through the Kauffman Foundation's FastTrac program. He helps start-up entrepreneurs develop business plans and strategic plans. He helps disadvantaged small businesses win more highway contracts. He is leading efforts to create a 'small business enterprise' program at the Arizona Department of Transportation. And he provides free small business consulting services at Gangplank, a coworking space in Chandler.

Mr. Blackerby is a certified FastTrac business plan instructor, executive coach and trainer (CCUI). He was Associate Deputy Treasurer of Texas, budget director for the Texas Comptroller and management auditor for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Mr. Blackerby earned a master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, Providence.
