Attorney Phil Rarick has thirty years of experience in both private and public legal work. He previously served as counsel to the National Association of Attorneys General. Mr.Rarick concentrates in the fields of estate planning (wills and trusts), asset protection, probate, and corporate law. Integrated asset protection with an estate plan designed to protect wealth and secure tax advantages are a primary focus of his practice. Mr.Rarick is a member of the American, Florida, Virginia, and Indiana Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. He is active in the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He is a participating attorney in the ARAG Group insurance program that provides legal insurance for many Florida public school teachers and Metro-Dade Employees. Mr.Rarick a member of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce and is President-Elect of the Miami Lakes Bar Association. Mr. Rarick holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University Law School, Indianapolis. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. Mr.Rarick is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is the author of the booklet, Living Trusts for Florida Residents and numerous reports on Asset Protection.
