Phillip Cochineas is a Director of Pallion and a joint Managing Director of LBMA Accredited ABC Refinery. He has been responsible for leading the growth of ABC Refinery to become a leading independent assayer, refiner, and mint. Mr. Phillip Cochineas is a qualified lawyer and MBA.

Prior to his joining the precious metals industry, Phillip Cochineas held senior executive or director positions at FTSE listed companies Kingfisher plc and Wolseley plc in the United Kingdom.

Phillip Cochineas holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Business Administration from London Business School.
