Phillip Lewis has concentrated his efforts in developing his management abilities, while perfecting his implementation methods focused on growing and maintaining business investments. With the intention to fine tune skills needed to grow successful and sustainable businesses.

He originally was invited to partnership when entering the business environment and throughout this journey he built on his experience and expertise of business, utilising creative thinking in assisting to solve challenges within limiting constraints.

He has proven his ability to develop and implement organisational wide growth, change and profitability, focussing on both the overall strategy as well as its fit within the organisation and the environment the business operates in. With experience gained from previous investment initiatives Phillip successfully grew businesses that showed sustained results on all levels.

Over the recent years, Phillip has worked with more than 200 businesses in different stages of growth and in various industries. His engagements (consulting and mentoring) shares his skills and experience to assist businesses to grow with specific focus on maximising shareholder wealth.

His personal development includes hands on experience, expanding his knowledge utilising advisors, research and mentors who assisted him to grow as an individual and push business further.

Phillip's education included attaining a MBA and is currently in the process of completing his CIMA qualification.
