Phillip Oldridge

A resident of Vancouver, Canada, Phillip Oldridge serves as the president and chief executive officer of GreenPower Motor Company, Inc. Since joining the company in 2011, he has played an integral role in launching the EV350 electric bus. Phillip Oldridge was involved in the bus’ concept development, design process, and manufacturing. In addition, he ensured that the EV350 fulfilled all the requirements of the United States Department of Transportation. Mr. Oldridge is currently working on making the EV350 electric bus compliant with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
With a strong interest in flying, Mr. Oldridge attended flight school, where he earned his airline transport pilot and instrument ratings. Due to his exceptional commitment to fulfilling the licensing, educational, and medical standards set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Phillip Oldridge earned inclusion in the exclusive FAA Airmen Certification Database. His other interests include traveling to Europe to take in the sites and culture of Paris, Ireland, and London.
