This is my first semester as a MLIS student. As a native of Columbus, I received my bachelor in English and History from OSU. I have worked in OSU libraries' Collection Management and technical Services for nearly two years performing shelf maintenance, cataloging, and basic book repair duties. At the moment, I am very enthusiastic about the work that I do and would like to pursue a technical services path in my studies. Additionally, I am also interested in exploring the changing face of our future libraries, namely the issues and opportunities that digital preservation offers.

I am a collector of books and vinyl records, an avid reader of Medieval literature, and an enthusiastic cook. My future goal is to work in an academic library, travel widely, and live happily.
