At One Acre Fund Nigeria, he managed national supply chain operations serving over 60,000 smallholder farmers, delivered 20% cost savings through process redesign, and led a team responsible for logistics across multiple program verticals. At Del-York Group, he serves in the Strategy and Special Projects Department, where he has led the development of department charters, organizational frameworks, and strategic repositioning initiatives for the Group's business units, including a senior consulting engagement to restructure Del-York Creative Academy from a traditional training institution into a scalable creative enterprise hub. He has also contributed to large scale project planning for Del-York's iDICE BPO training-to-jobs program in partnership with the Bank of Industry and the African Development Bank.
