Over the past 20 years, I have been at the forefront of professional communication services – both client and agency side – building direct and digital marketing businesses that have become market leaders and innovators in their field.

My focus is linking digital opportunities and channels with the fundamentals of direct marketing - integrating strategy, creativity, digital and social media through a direct filter.

I am a board member of the Association of Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA) and Chairman of the Multi Channel Marketing Council. This role supports the leaders of core specialists groups focusing on voice, print, email, mobile, web, social media, and search. The objective is to deliver thought leadership in the areas of connecting marketers with customers relating to insights, ideas and innovation.

I am passionate about measurable media, accountability and results oriented marketing activity, The digital world has provided an enormous opportunity to drive marketing programs in real time, ensuring optimised activities deliver results.
