I am passionate about identifying ways of improving Customer Journeys.

Working for Qmatic over the past 7 years, I have gained an significant understanding of Customer Journey Management having been able to work with the experts with over 30 years’ experience and in a company which is a leader in its field. Over my 7 years I’ve taken on several roles from Project Manager where I have delivered many projects in Retail, Finance, Local Government and Freight which have led to a positive impact on the Customer Journey to Customer Journey Expert where I regularly collaborate with industry experts to understand their issues and help them enhance their Customer Journey.

Having also worked in retail, I have first-hand experience of how business process improvements can have a profound impact on the staff and customer experiences, which can led to an increase in revenue, improved store environment and loyal customers. This has been essential in my role, as it allows me to understand the solution and the issues from both the customer and the business perspective.

My aim is to share the knowledge I have gained and work with as many companies as possible to help them improve their Customer Journey too.

Outside of work I am a family man and I enjoy most sporting activities.
