Phil is an attorney that handles ERISA Disability and Life insurance claims, Personal Injury cases, Worker's Compensation cases and negligence cases against individuals and companies when they deprive people of their rights under insurance policies or when the people are injured in accidents in automobiles, trucks, on the premises of a third party or at work. He and his law Partner Jill Bollwerk have been in business for the past 6 years at Bollwerk & Tatlow in Kirkwood, Missouri. Before that Phil practiced over 20 years at Hockensmith, Tatlow, McKinnis, Hamill where he served as the President of the company. He has handled a variety of litigation involving fraud, real estate and civil rights in addition to ERISA, worker's compensation and personal injury litigation.
