My background is rooted in information systems and recruiting, where I've set up the systems and tools that help teams run better, and performed corporate and agency recruiting across finance, tech, and marketing, from experienced hires to early career/university at organizations ranging from Fortune 100 to small agencies. I've worn many hats, which has taught me to be adaptable, quick to learn, and always focused on finding smoother ways to get things done.
Most recently, I’ve been focused on being stay-at-home parent to my kids, a role that has further sharpened my patience, day-to-day operations management, and ability to handle the unexpected.
I'm a quick laugh and love exchanging stories, sharing a great bowl of ramen in good company, and exploring new places.
