Phil Marshman is best known as a husband, father, friend, entrepreneur, and director of the health business Pioneer Podiatry in Mackay and Sarina, Qld Australia.

With 16 years of involvement in specialist health care, Phil has steered his Podiatry practice towards offering a premium level of personalised and professional solutions for fixing foot and leg pain. Pioneer Podiatry is known locally for ethical excellence, professionalism, and friendliness, and is the choice of many of the Mackay and district health community when choosing a partner in providing foot and leg injury expertise.

Phil is passionate about transformation, be it for his patients when suffering injury, or for for cultural change in general. With opinions informed by deep Faith and conviction, he and his wife Alexes have invested in the establishment of a local Food cafe in Sarina, named Third Ground Coffee House. This project is part of a vision to create a space to bring connection, identity, and skills sharing to the local Sarina area. This space is progressively developing, and includes a community garden with a teaching mandate, as well as a local food co-operative to showcase and provide connection for local community members to local food and produce.

Phil and Alexes live in Sarina with their three children, 9 goats, 1 deer, and fluctuating numbers of chickens.
