Hello, I am Phil McQuire and I am a compulsive gambler.

I have wasted six years of my life and hundreds of thousands of pounds playing poker. I write a gambling addiction blog to raise awareness and highlight the dangers of gambling addiction.

My life plan is to write an addiction recovery book. I also want to become an addiction counsellor and life coach. We all need someone to lean on - someone who can inspire us. I want to be living proof and testament that you too can be free from your addiction. I want to be that person who truly inspires you, someone who you can lean on, someone who can help turn your life around, forever.

But first, my journey must continue. I must reflect, learn and grow.
