Phil Morrison

My name is Phil Morrison, aka, The Red Rocket and I live in Christchurch, New Zealand. One of my huge passions is a sport that I play called Freestyle Footbag, this is more commonly known as hacky sack. What is less known is that 'hacky' has developed into a huge international sport, and evolved from just kicking a bag around with friends to an amazing, eye catching display of skill and control, which is now at such a high level of difficulty its sometimes hard to believe. I am self employed as a personal trainer, marketing health and wellness products, and also a footbag coach and performer, as I currently attend schools and groups to give demonstrations showing footbag, and take workshops to teach the fundamentals, its great fun!
