Phil O'Day
Camino Global (formerly CAM International)
Phil and Lori have served with Camino Global since 1992, first in church-planting and field administration in Mexico City, then from 2002 – 2008 as Director of Mobilization (missionary recruitment and new member training), and from 2008 - 2012 as Director of Organizational Development and Communication. Phil became Executive Vice President of the mission in September 2012.
For the past 2 years, Phil has been focused on leading an organization-wide rebranding effort, including a new name for the mission. CAM International became Camino Global on May 21, 2012. See introducing.caminoglobal.org for details.
Prior to serving with Camino, Phil and Lori were part of a team which planted a church and launched a Community Youth Center on the south side of Chicago. Their sending/commissioning church for cross-cultural ministry is Fellowship Chapel in Sterling Heights, MI. The O'Days currently live in Mesquite, TX, attend Lake Ridge Bible Church, and have three children: Nathan (18), Erin (15), and Evan (11).
