Phil has 2 BFAs in design (Illustration & Electronic Imaging/Computer Animation) From the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He has spent the last 6+ years working in education while doing freelance projects on the side for various clients. Phil also has run an on line comic strip since 2005 which updates weekly.
