By day I am a Development Consultant with over 10 years experience, specialising in financial appraisal and viability modelling, capacity studies, land buying, project management, negotiation, research and report writing. By night I try my hand at blogging, writing, photography, graphic design, web design, and anything else creative that takes my fancy. I am addicted to technology, gadgets, art, movies, reading, traveling, gaming, sci-fi, and converse! I am a geek, technophile, collectomaniac, hoarder...
