Dedicated to producing first class turf grass surfaces for sport, 28 years experience within the field of turf grass management and currently employed as the Director of Agronomy for a project to build pitches (both training and stadium) for Gabala FC in Azerbaijan.

Presently seconded to improve playing surfaces at Qarabagh FC to improve their training and stadium pitches. Including improving conditions for the playing surface at the National Stadium of Azerbaijan. (From Sept 2016)

Have worked for many high profile stadiums in Eastern Europe. Previously worked as the consultant agronomist for Azerbaijani Football Association. Turkey at Galatasaray FC, KasimpasaSpor FC, TrabzonSpor FC and Uzbekistan at Bunyodkor FC. Has experience as the lead agronomist for the FIFA U17 World Cup in Azerbaijan and in charge of three pitches for the U20 World Cup in Turkey

Working to provide performance turf for performance sport.

Spent time as a researcher, lecturer and practitioner with a well rounded knowledge of the industry specialising in stadia turf management.

Proven skills in leading, educating and training foreign groundsmen to European standards of workmanship.
