With more than 20 years as an IT leader, Phil Stevens is CIO for the Exchange, the 47th largest retailer in the US. Previously, Phil was CIO at a consulting firm as well as a financial services firm and ran global technology operations for a Fortune 100 retailer. His expertise is building cohesive teams focused on business priorities for maximum effectiveness; disciplined operations for compliance and efficiency; and well-integrated technology for speed and quality of implementation.

In addition to enterprise operations, Phil has experience developing extremely high-volume B2C and B2B Internet systems as well as call center systems supporting thousands of associates. His key to success in complex endeavors is a holistic strategy leveraging people, process, and technology to enable business opportunities.
