I'm a hybrid technology/project/operations intrapreneur, proven to quickly energise Projects and Programmes, particularly in the corporate and large business environments.

I reduce overall project cost and accelerate project progress towards a clear destination, by getting the right resources onto the same bus and accelerating forwards together. My current cost record is saving 66% of the original budgeted cost of a major telephony refresh project and I'm looking forward to improving on this. My current time reduction record is reducing a routine build cycle elapsed time from 3 months to 4 hours and I'm hoping to do better next time.

Feedback says I've got a kind of magic around very quickly establishing a 360° view and analysis of the state of play in technology and other projects, seeing the blockages and non performing areas and clearly articulating the way forward in non tech or jargon speak.

I've been involved with tying stakeholders, business needs, technologies, disparate data and communication channels together for most of my business life and usually from the driving seat, including interpretation, psychology, design and implementation.

In my spare time I'm a competition aerobatics pilot, flying my Ferrari Rosso Corsa Pitts Special "Jack" and also a keen squash player.
