I'm the Global Talent Manager for Gap Adventures, one of the coolest companies to work for in the world. I'm responsible for all the fun strategic stuff that good HR departments do- talent management, performance improvement, learning and development and all that stuff. As a learning professional, I'm always interested in finding new ways to share and help others learn. I create e-learning, awesome presentations and solid learning solutions. Before all of that though- I'm a dad and a husband. In my spare time (of which there is not very much), I like fishing in Algonquin Park, playing Ultimate (Frisbee- yes, chasing a piece of plastic around like a madman) and any type of adventure/active travel I can go on (hence the job!).
