A certified yoga professional and lifelong fitness enthusiast, Phoebe documents her own wellness journey while creating practical, experience-based content focused on strength training, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and healthy aging. Through her Keep Fit With Phoebe series on Live Fit Magazine, she shares workouts, yoga, wellness tips, and healthy aging strategies designed to help people build strength, move well, and live well. Her wellness coverage also includes plant-forward recipes and nutrition inspiration through The Plant-Based Diet, reflecting her belief that healthy eating is an important part of living well.

Whether she's hiking a scenic trail, discovering an exceptional restaurant, exploring a new destination, testing wellness products, interviewing inspiring people, or sharing workouts and healthy living tips, Phoebe brings a journalist's curiosity and commitment to authentic storytelling to everything she creates.

Today, Phoebe's work reaches audiences through Live Fit Magazine, The Plant-Based Diet, social media, and video storytelling. Her mission remains the same as it has throughout her career—to inform, inspire, and empower people to live healthier, more active, and more fulfilling lives.
