Hello. I am Phoebe Loi Yean Wei and an Associate at Thomas Philip. I was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) in October 2018 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.

I regularly advise and represent clients of all categories including multinational corporations, SMEs and individuals. My current portfolio is focused on defamation, land disputes and judicial review against decisions made by public authorities or the Malaysian Government.
