My name is Phoenix Christanson. I am a chef by trade, “foodie for life” and "bucket list" enthusiast.
I am eldest of the "McCormick family chefs" comprised of six sibling chefs and restaurateurs.
throughout my career I have worked as a fishmonger, meat processor, event manager and pastry chef. But, if I could say I have a skill it would be that I am a lifelong learner. For every one thing I learn I recognize a dozen more I have yet to develop and that keeps me hungry.
My greatest motivator would have to be the amount of siblings I have in the profession. They are a constant source of family pride, connecting me to the industry and challenging me to attain the highest levels of excellence on my culinary journey.
