Pam is an Instructional Coach in Charleston, South Carolina with 23 years in education. She is passionate about professional development, technology integration, personalized learning, and building a strong culture in schools.

With a background in special education, Pam coaches teachers on ways to differentiate for students of all academic levels with strategies, instructional pedagogies, and assistive technology. Her experience as a Personalized Learning Coach adds another layer of strategies to pull from to increase student agency and ownership.

As a Google Certified Trainer, Pam supports teachers by providing frequent professional development on how to integrate GSuite tools into their daily routines no matter what they teach. She also guides discussions during PLC’s (Professional Learning Communities) to help teachers find dynamic ways to provide instruction and develop engaging lessons and activities.
