My name is Phuti Karabo Gajane, and I am a student teacher at the University of Johannesburg, based at the Auckland Park campus.
I believe that every learner has the ability to succeed when they are supported, encouraged, and given equal opportunities to learn. My teaching philosophy is to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom where learners feel respected, confident, and motivated to reach their full potential.
I am passionate about education, entrepreneurship, reading, cooking, and exploring different foods. I enjoy learning new skills and finding creative ways to solve problems.
I am currently studying towards a Bachelor of Education degree, specializing in Sepedi Home Language and History for the Senior Phase (SP) and Further Education and Training (FET) phases. Through my studies and teaching practice, I am developing the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become an effective and inspiring educator who makes a positive difference in learners' lives. My goal is to become a teacher who inspires learners to believe in themselves, think critically, and become lifelong learners.
