I am Phylicia A. Mortey, a Governance Specialist and a Personal Travel Consultant.
As a Governance Specialist, I have the flexibility of working remotely (telecommuting) or in a designated office space, as a consultant or staff. I have experience working with multinational corporations and institutions as well as small boutique companies.
As a Personal Travel Consultant, I specialize in creating exciting and memorable trips to West Africa (primarily Ghana and Liberia). I have three standard packages that I offer to individual clients, but I also customize for individuals and groups.
