Phylicia Francesca Sakelaris

Phylicia Francesca Sakelaris is a Sales, Advertising and Social Media Enthusiast, currently working as a Director of Retail Sales at Randal Retail Group. Constantly interested in new companies, promotions, new products and ad campaigns. Phylicia has been working on finding leads and generating new / replacement business for the upcoming year, mainly focusing on small to medium retailers who are interested in updating and remodeling their store fixture programs.

Phylicia studied at Purdue University, graduating with a BS in Retail Management and a Minor in Advertising. She plans to attend Graduate School for a Masters in Business Administration starting in February, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois.

Phylicia has been involved in Sandler Sales Training since February, where she attends weekly meetings and practice, as well as contact to a personal sales coach whenever needed.

At Purdue Phylicia was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority, where she held the offices of Internal and External Philanthropy Chairperson. She was also a member of Purdue's Student Senate, as a Senator representing the College of Consumer and Family Sciences. Among these she was also a club member of Women in Business and Purdue Italian Club.

In the past, Phylicia has also worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Designer Sales Specialist, Impact Networking as a Sales Representative, Sales Representative at Michael Hill Jewellers, and a Sales Associate at Nordstrom. She is highly knowledgeable about different products, the retail business, and merchandise management.
