Phyllis Ndlovu

I’m a Clinical Psychologist, born and brought up in Soweto, Johannesburg, South Africa. This was 41 years ago. I am running a corporate consulting firm called Kisima Psychological Services. This consulting firm was started in 2006 and focuses on Wellness, Organisational Development, Coaching and Brief Term Therapy.

Over the passed 14 years I have worked as a clinical psyhologist and as a consultant in government as well as in the private sector. Some of my clients have included the national women's soccer team - Banyana Banyana as well as work with national PSL coaches. Outside of the sporting fraternity, some of the clients over the years have been Eskom, Barloworld, Financial Services Board, Engen, Women in Mining.

Outside of work – I value family time a lot, so activities around that take up most of my time outside of work. Other than this I generally catch up on leisurely reading. I have found that humerous books are a great way to detox! I have recently taken up sailing as a hobby, this is proving to be an amazing adrenalin rush.
