Pia de Marcillac

Hello, my name is Pia, I am French and I am happy to have recently joined the International Talent Acquisition team.

I will be working at L’Oréal for a whole year as an apprentice. I will alternate periods of work (3 weeks within the firm) and study (one to two weeks at University).

I have a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences and I am half way through the HR Master program in Human Resources in the university of Sciences Po.

I find it very stimulating to work with people from countries all over the world. I’ve had the chance to do various long term exchanges abroad (New Zealand, California) and realized every time how rich it is to share and work together. I just came back from a gap year in Sao Paulo, where I did an eight month internship in the HR department of a Brazilian firm of the Michelin group.

I am excited to discover various new aspects of HR under this position and to deepen my knowledge of the digital world. Also, I like to explore new places on a bike and do all kinds of outdoor activities; if this includes learning new languages I enjoy it even more!
