My master piece is to solve problems and coach people. Day times I am a sales negotiator and freetimes volunteer currently living in Vantaa, Finland. My interests range from real estate sector, where I have worked last 20 years, to service design. I am also passionately in love in digital services, customer experience, and developing business. In the past I studied international marketing (BBA) and digital media production (MA). Currently I'm learning new skills about service design and management in Aalto open University, Helsinki. I get excited when I get to develop the company in the customer's point of view. That's the key to productivity and to the happy customer relationships.

I'm also a mother of two and diversely involved in voluntary work.
