Hello everyone my name is Caterina and I am a student filmmaker at Southeastern Louisiana University. I began my filmmaking adventure in 2012 as a sophomore in high school when a few friends and I banded together to create Picone Films. Together we made four award winning short films. As I continue my studies in film I want to gain field experience, experiment with different genres, and connect with talented artists from around the world. Currently I am working on producing short films for my Youtube Channel ( Picone Films ) I'm also a student member of the Women and Film and Television Assosciation of New Orleans and have the pleasure of managing their Twitter ( @WIFTLouisiana ).
Written and visual storry telling have always been my passions. For the last few years of my life I have committed myself to my love for making films. My hope is to convey stories through the art of filmmaking in order to take my audience on a journey and impact them on an emotional level.
