Movement, feeling, sweat, adrenaline, music this is all that moves me and makes me do what I do.

I've been in the industry for the past 15+ years doing what I love. Wether it is training people, dancing, boxing, spinning etc...... it all comes down to sweating and making the body do what you don't think it can.

I love to eat and i love to eat with people that love to eat! I hate social media... i'm Sorry..... But we are getting so disconnected with one another we are forgetting how it feels to be alone, and to enjoy our own company. I love coffee and chocolate..... And them together even better! I'm a mom who worries about the future of her kids.... What will they be? Will they be happy? I'm a motivator for ppl that need lifting, strength, and a Kick in the ass..... and to my surprise this comes naturally being that i am a very quiet and private person.Exercise makes me feel alive, powerfull, strong like a superhero.And México.... The country i come from..... Mexico fillls my heart with color, happiness, tacos, tequila, mariachis, skulls, music, soooo much!
