Top Manager, Start-Upper and former Strategic Consultant specialised in the Digital Industry with 20+ years of experience on sectors ranging from Telecoms to E-commerce, Entertainment and Gambling, with recent activities as Angel Investor and Coach Professor.

With more than 20 Start-Ups on my shoulders, I am now looking for challenges where passion, creativity and a high degree of know-how are fundamental.

After obtaining a degree in Engineering and another one in Chaos Theory, I went to the London Business School. This led me to a career in Strategy Consulting working for world class firm Bain&Company which I left to launch "Framfab" one of the first internet consulting company.

With a forged and consolidated background, in 2000 I begun my career as a Start-Up Manager and since then I have been launching more than 20 successful (and a few unsuccessful) companies. The list is here: www.management2000.it/projects, but most recent ones involved starting up the HBG group, I was part of the Microgame team for the launch of the first Italian poker room called People’s Poker, I launched the online casino operator 888.it and lately I ended up in Snai to head the Online Division.

Most projects were related to the launch of a new company, a new division or a new product. Often, owners asked me to stay and manage the company until business and organisation were consolidated. Recently I have also consolidated my experience as a Top Manager by working in larger organisations, a necessary step to become a fully-fledged manager.
