In 2004 i started my agile revolution (engineering practices, process, product and management) as a Scrum Master and then as Agile Coach, including Lean, Kanban additions.

I see Agile and Lean as a part of a global improvement (technical, functionnal, including management, organisation), at all level (personal, project, enterprise).

I am also working on business development, trying to define offers aligned with my company and our local customers' needs.

I help spreading agility & lean by all means, including speaking at agile events like CARA, being a reviewer for Agile2011 & Agile2012, proof reading and/or translating books (Kanban, Real Options)
