it's funny! Last month, I was convinced that I want to be a CFO? I really did! But about two weeks ago, I changed my mind. So what do I want to be? I want to embark on the journey of Organizational Development.

What is even more funny, is that before last month, I had never even heard of a postion like this. Now to go back to my "CFO" thing, I don't really think that there is a huge difference between the two roles; a CFO should understand organizational strategies to understand how the organizational processes affect the bottom line but it appears that major emphasis is on evaluating businesses and capital structure. I guess I was trying to evolve that role into more of how to guide the people that do the work in such a transformational way but I know I would rather spend most of my time aligning business strategy with organizational capacities.
